VOLUNTEERS ON CAMPUS MUST BE APPROVED BY LISD
Each year, new and returning volunteers need to be approved by the District.

If you are a returning volunteer, renew your application by clicking here. Log in with your current user name and password and select reactivate. You can update your child's campus and grade, your volunteer years of service, and any changes to your address, phone or email.

If you are a new volunteer, you can apply to volunteer at an LISD campus by clicking here. You will need a valid email address to register and apply as an LISD volunteer.

Volunteers are important to the school and to students' experience at Naumann. Thank you for your willingness to volunteer! More information on volunteer opportunities will soon be posted.

NEW & IMPROVED VOLUNTEER BADGE PROCESS
Once your volunteer application is complete and processed, your information will be uploaded to the individual campuses you have chosen. You will then receive an email from your campus volunteer coordinator stating your approval status and how to print your own volunteer name badge from home. Please make sure that you print your name badge prior to volunteering and bring it with you to the campus. Your campus front office will have a clear badge holder and clip for you to insert your printed name badge. This name badge should be worn at all times while volunteering on campus. If you forget your volunteer badge, please make sure you sign in and receive a visitor sticker.

LOGGING YOUR VOLUNTEER HOURS
Logging the hours you volunteer for the campus is important. It helps the school, the district, and the community have a good grasp of the level of activity and of community involvement being invested in our school. Resources may be allocated to the campus based on those hours.

There are three ways that volunteer hours are logged.
  1. When you volunteer on campus and check in with the front office, you will sign in and out on the volunteer log book at the front desk. Those hours will be entered into our volunteer hour reporting system for you!
  2. When you use the online volunteer sign up schedules to sign up for particular events, your hours are automatically logged.
  3. When you work volunteer hours that aren't on campus during school hours, please log those hours through the online reporting on this site. You can click here or go to the Volunteer Tab and click on the Volunteer Hours link in the sidebar.

For more information on how to volunteer, please click on the links on the left to read LISD's two-page How To Guide and the LISD Volunteer Handbook.

Thank you for volunteering your time and for helping track your hours!
